A Quick Question

       

     As you may have noticed from the title, this isn't a monthly wrap-up post. I've never done a monthly wrap-up post, because the sad fact is that I have little to no life, and the stuff I would write about is sad and painful and I don't want to write a “leave me sympathy comments” post, and liquid nitrogen really hurts, *cough*because I am a rebel, deal with it. XD

     In fact, I don't even have a post for today! *ducks to avoid the rotten tomatoes*
     Don't worry! I'm actually working on a post right now, it should be posted by Wednesday. Instead, today I have a question to ask.
    If you haven't noticed the Writing is Lifefamily is steadily growing, along with the blog's personality as I become more at home with this whole “blogger” thing. I have been thinking about this for a while and I don't really know what to do, so I've decided to ask y'all…

     Should I change this blog's name?

    When I first started blogging I didn't really consider my blog name that much, I really just punched it in and rolled with it! But as time goes on I keep realizing how common my blog name is and how it might be harder to find my blog through Google and stuff like that with just the name.

    What do y'all think? Should I change my name? And if so, do y'all have any ideas??
     Either way I'm pretty happy with how it is, but it might be nice to do more of a blog makeover!

We Need Ratings for Books

Guys, I wish books had ratings like movies did. Now, I can see someone commenting down below something along the lines of, " But Graayyyyy , they do have ratings!! You have jfict books written for twelve and below, YA written for teens, and NA written for a more college-aged audience, and then just Adult fiction written for, well, either advanced readers or older readerssssssssssss!!!!" But the thing is, one can go to blockbuster (okay, maybe not anymore, but I have to bring back that nostalgia *sighs* the good old days that weren't actually that good but I remember them in a golden filter for some reason), ANYWAYS , people could go to a certain section of the genre of the type of movie they wanted to see, but every movie in that genre also has a  s e p a r a t e   rating. Just popping in to say....

Happy fourth of July!! If you're an American I hope you have a great day of celebrating the freedom of this amazing country, and if you're not American I still hope you have a great day! I thought I had to stay home today because of burns on my arms and legs and it's too hot to wear pants outside right now, but luckily I got fewer burns than I thought on my legs so I can pass with band-aids. I've been reading about the American Government for school, and America is such a complex country, I firmly believe America is one of the best countries ever, sure we have our fair share of #issues, but I hope we can come together soon and become a strong and diverse nation.
