I ACTUALLY BOUGHT MORE BOOKS?!?!?! ( a book haul)

        YEP. This cheapskate bought more books. 5 more, to be exact! And if you think that five is a pretty low number of books to buy keep in mind that:

 1. I am a fairly cheap person, the only things I regularly spend money on is my makeup (once a month) and my phone bill (also once a month), so yeah!

2. Two of these books are indie books, which means they're kind of expensive, for me at least! XD

        But yes! I actually bought some more books, and y'all said y'all wanted a book haul, so here I am!

     Yes, I actually took a giant leap of faith and bought some books I have never read before! *gasps* BUT a lot of readers I really like/look up to said they were good, so I HAVE GREAT FAITH!!!



      However, I did read The Girl Who Could See last night, and it was amazing!! Hopefully my review will be up this Wednesday!

We Need Ratings for Books

Guys, I wish books had ratings like movies did. Now, I can see someone commenting down below something along the lines of, " But Graayyyyy , they do have ratings!! You have jfict books written for twelve and below, YA written for teens, and NA written for a more college-aged audience, and then just Adult fiction written for, well, either advanced readers or older readerssssssssssss!!!!" But the thing is, one can go to blockbuster (okay, maybe not anymore, but I have to bring back that nostalgia *sighs* the good old days that weren't actually that good but I remember them in a golden filter for some reason), ANYWAYS , people could go to a certain section of the genre of the type of movie they wanted to see, but every movie in that genre also has a  s e p a r a t e   rating. For example, if I go to the horror section and pick up Signs , I can turn it to the back and see that it is rated PG-13 for some more intense moments. Then if I pick up let's say Along Came a...

Just popping in to say....

Happy fourth of July!! If you're an American I hope you have a great day of celebrating the freedom of this amazing country, and if you're not American I still hope you have a great day! I thought I had to stay home today because of burns on my arms and legs and it's too hot to wear pants outside right now, but luckily I got fewer burns than I thought on my legs so I can pass with band-aids. I've been reading about the American Government for school, and America is such a complex country, I firmly believe America is one of the best countries ever, sure we have our fair share of #issues, but I hope we can come together soon and become a strong and diverse nation.
